Multi Unit Residential Complex

Land Use Consent

This project involved establishing six units on a site with an area of 721 square metres. Various District Plan non-compliances came into play and working with neighbouring properties was crucial in obtaining consent for this development.

Discharge Permit and Land Use Consent

This project involved increasing the scale of an existing visitor accommodation within an Outstanding Natural Landscape and enabling events to be held at the site. Managing increased wastewater discharge was a key component of this project. Collaboration with other specialists (Landscape Architect and Engineer) was needed to obtain resource consent.
