Multi-Unit Residential Development
This project involved the development of 15 residential units on a 2,123 m² site in Christchurch. The design resulted in several Christchurch District Plan non-compliances, and navigating constraints such as access to a state highway, site contamination, a link strip limiting new access points, liquefaction risk, and an industrial zone across the road was required. Despite these challenges, the project achieved strong urban design outcomes and was successfully granted by Christchurch City Council.
