What We Do

Resource Consents
Altra Planning assists in obtaining resource consent for various projects. The different types of consents we prepare include subdivision consents, land use consents (multi-unit developments, earthworks, activities etc), discharge permits, water permits and coastal permits. Other applications we prepare include change/cancellation of conditions (s127), as well as outline plans and waivers.

Feasibility Assessments / Advice
Altra Planning can provide feasibility assessments and advice for projects to outline what is involved and indicate whether there are any obstacles from a planning perspective.

Certificate of Compliance
Altra Planning can prepare certificate of compliance applications for sign off from Council to provide you that extra level of security and certainty in relation to your project.

Submissions
Altra Planning can prepare planning submissions on your behalf, whether it be in response to a Plan Change or a notified development or activity.
