Two Lot Rural Subdivision

The project

This project involved obtaining subdivision consent for a two-lot subdivision in the Selwyn District. In addition to subdivision consent, approval was also sought for an existing business operating on the site, as well as a minor residential unit located at a greater distance from the main dwelling than permitted. While the proposal involved several components, resource consent was successfully obtained.
