The work required assessing estimated daily vehicle movements and understanding their relationship with neighbouring properties, as the site is accessed via a shared driveway. The project involved collaboration with other specialists, including the architect, and was successfully granted consent by the Waimakariri District Council.

Piggery Expansion
This project involved obtaining land use consent for the expansion of an existing piggery farm in Ōpunake, Taranaki, which currently accommodates 900 pigs. Written approvals from neighbouring properties were not required, as surrounding dwellings were either set back a sufficient distance or only marginally within the required setback. The project was granted resource consent on a non-notified basis by the South Taranaki District Council.
