Farm Source Revamp
This project involved varying an existing resource consent to enable changes to the car parking configuration and the refurbishment of the existing Farm Source building, including removal of the verandah along a key pedestrian frontage adjoining a state highway. Key considerations included achieving a high-quality design outcome while ensuring safe pedestrian movement between the car park and the state highway frontage. As part of the process, consultation was undertaken with the New Zealand Transport Agency.
