Four Lot Residential Subdivision

The project

This project involved obtaining consent for a four-lot residential subdivision. The design required careful navigation of several constraints, including mature trees within the road reserve that influenced vehicle access arrangements. Servicing considerations were also a key focus, particularly stormwater management, due to the absence of kerb and channel infrastructure and high groundwater levels within the surrounding residential area.
