The project

This project involved obtaining subdivision consent for a two-lot subdivision around an existing dwelling, creating one vacant allotment. Careful consideration was given to the size and layout of the vacant lot to ensure a future dwelling could be established as a permitted activity without creating additional planning non-compliances.
